WeekendWithTheGirls

I had a much needed girls weekend these past few days with my two best friends. I couldn't ask for better girlfriends and I'm so lucky to have these two in my life for the past 8 years. My friend Bev and I drove to Ohio to visit Jayme. We shopped, ate, visited the city and met with some friends. It was so nice to see where Jayme is working and living. Even distance can't keep these three apart :)

Found out some amazing news today!

ZARA is now shipping to the U.S. for FREE!

I think my mom was just as excited. She knows I've been on the hunt for a great pair of colored jeans, so she surprised me with a confirmation email of these pair!

These adorable jeans were such a sweet way to thank me for being Belle at a little girl's princess tea party birthday this past week at our Tea Room & Cafe. I'd definitely would have been Belle more often if I knew ZARA was involved :)

HowTo: COLORBLOCK

Hope you are enjoying your Monday! Thought you could try these fun looks during this beautiful work week.
My absolute favorite trend for Spring is Color Blocking. It is such a simple trend to do with the items that are already in your closet.
My favorite pairings include: Coral and Turquoise, Blue and Yellow and Purple and Orange.
You can create an entire new look by pairing solid pieces you have never even considered wearing together before now.

Note When Color Blocking: Try and stick to colors that are opposite each other on the colorwheel.
3 exceptions- 1. Red and Green, of course! 2. Pastels usually all look great together. Feel free and try violet, pale yellow and light coral in one outfit. 3. Red and Hot Pink make an awesome combo! Just ask Sarah Jessica Parker.
